CHALLENGE:
The non-profit organization was looking to reduce their wireless expenses. The organization had roughly 1,000 mobile devices with AT&T and Verizon and was spending on average $11,000 per month for their mobile plans. The wireless bills, data, and plans had never been reviewed by a consulting firm.
SOLUTION
Bluewave was able to provide a wireless audit to analyze their wireless data, bills, and plans.
RESULTS
Bluewave was able to produce a list of improper usage plans along with savings recommendations. After review with the non-profit’s finance and IT departments, a total monthly savings of $4,181 was found, which accounts for an annual savings of $50,172.
