Client Engagement Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the technology sales sector and gain experience solution selling technology to a wide range of small, medium, and large enterprises through partnerships with network, colocation, cloud, voice, software, security, and similar providers. You will be responsible for generating incremental revenue through a named-account base across the USA. Primary responsibilities will include customer success, solution-based consultative selling to assist client’s technology life cycle management, contract life cycle management and renewals, and customer referrals.
You will carry an individual annual quota and will be responsible for retiring that quota on a quarterly basis. Demonstrable understanding of the telecommunications industries is a huge plus. Must always display the highest integrity, be competent with all internal and external communications, and exhibit strong customer focus, lifecycle management, and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively Identify new opportunities within existing customer base

Qualification

Provisioning Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in Project Management and gain experience provisioning orders and assisting with repairs/outages for a wide range of small, medium, and large enterprises through partnerships with network, colocation, cloud, voice, software, security, and similar providers. You will be responsible for submitting orders, while working closely with the Order Management teams at the carrier level, and with the IT Staff for a named-account base across the USA (and some international). Primary responsibilities will include assisting with repair tickets, provisioning of new installations and various MACD orders, maintaining project trackers, updated tickets, and inventory in our internal databases.

Demonstrable understanding of the telecommunications industries is a huge plus. Must always display the highest level of integrity, be competent with all internal and external communications, and exhibit strong customer focus and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

The Provisioning Consultant will perform a wide variety of telecom responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Be primary contact between Bluewave and client for MACD and complex orders – POTS, PRI, Data, MPLS, PTP, Cable, Broadband, Fiber, SIP, SD-WAN, Colocation
  • Create LOAs as needed
  • Assist customer with telecom Order Management and Installation of services
  • Obtain configuration information from vendors to submit to carrier for their service orders
  • Be primary contact with clients’ Property Manager and ensure access is given to the carrier for site surveys and installs
  • Provide regular update to clients on status of order, i.e., FOC Date and Activation dates (schedule weekly calls as needed)
  • Be primary contact with third-party agents and track orders associated
  • Respond to customer service inquiries regarding provisioning, repair, outages, and terminations
  • Maintain accurate documentation via TEM and/or Salesforce Databases
  • Initiate any repair tickets needed and make certain to update clients on status every two hours or as needed
  • Oversee escalation on repair issues
  • Participate on activations or ports as requested by client with VP’s approval for any before or after hour requests
  • Provide weekly update reports for all open opportunities
  • Review first carrier invoice for non-TEM client accounts once activations or ports are completed
  • Proficient at reading multiple carrier invoices and understanding terminology and product groups
  • Be able to pull CSRs and know basics of reading them
  • Follow-up with carriers regarding all order requirements within 24 hours
  • Ability to change billing address along with any name change requests
  • Identify sales opportunities and send to the assigned salesperson to assist
  • End of Month Billing Requirements – Ensure hours are entered correctly in BillQuick daily for a comprehensive end-of-month review for invoicing clients

Qualification

  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry
  • Minimum two years proven success in Project Management
  • Disciplined in the use of CRM tool for client success and project management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be articulate with a demonstrated consultative capability

Telecom Coordinator

We are currently hiring a Telecom Coordinator to join our TEM department team. Bluewave is seeking applicants who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, value teamwork and collaboration, are dependable, take initiative, solve problems effectively, communicate clearly, and support organizational change.

Responsibilities

The Telecom Coordinator will perform a wide variety of telecom responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Learning our telecom expense management software
  • Processing telecom invoices for payment
  • Reporting, uncovering, and researching telecom billing errors
  • Maintaining client databases and inventories
  • Navigating carrier portals and communicating with carriers regarding invoices
  • Opening trouble tickets for clients
  • Data input into Excel and telecom expense software
  • Account Management of multiple customers, including managing confidential client and carrier records; creating and maintaining an accurate central file on all clients’ information in the telecom software system; making recommendations for improved services; reconciling inconsistencies related to clients’ carrier invoicing, resolving daily client requests

Qualification

  • Intermediate level or higher in all Microsoft software, including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of account management
  • Ability to carry out assignments requiring organization of material and management of multiple accounts and projects
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, employees, and clients
  • Ability to speak and write effectively
  • Capacity to learn multiple new software programs while learning the TEM process
  • Self-organization and time management is a must
  • Telecom background and/or previous experience processing invoices preferred but not required
