Client Success Manager

The Client Success Manager (CSM) on the Bluewave team is critical to the success and satisfaction of our clients. The CSM serves as the main point of contact for the client and is knowledgeable about all aspects of the client relationship. The CSM will support the sales process, drive service delivery to ensure successful installation, activation, and billing of all services, and maintain ongoing interactions with the client to ensure we are constantly exceeding expectations.

Through your attention to detail and highly collaborative communication skills, you will help to ensure that as a team, Bluewave is able to strategically advise and delight our clients every day with a best-in-class technology management process.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver an excellent client experience to your named accounts by developing strong relationships and anticipating client needs
  • Serve as the facilitator of the Bluewave team to our most valued clients, partnering with internal departments to exceed expectations and drive client loyalty
  • Support the sales process by partnering with the Sales and Commercial Services teams to position Bluewave as a trusted partner
  • Coordinate with the carriers to ensure timely and accurate updates are provided to all interested parties, site visits are staffed properly, and services are delivered on time
  • Periodically host after-hours test and turn up calls
  • Ensure integrity of SFDC Inventory on an ongoing basis
  • Act as an extension of the client, advocating for the needs of your client accounts, ensuring issues are addressed with a sense of urgency
  • Proactively manage and execute contract renewals to drive value for the client and Bluewave
  • Drive resolution of billing disputes to ensure accurate invoice credits are received
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to manage moves, changes and disconnects from submitted to completion
  • Ensure repair issues are submitted to the repair team to be reported to the carrier and worked with a sense of urgency
  • Review and maintain accurate client and carrier contacts in SFDC
  • Orchestrate QBRs, where applicable, to review client accounts and uncover opportunities to drive incremental value
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in telecommunications relationship management or related experience
  • Proven track record of success exceeding client satisfaction goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience effectively communicating technical topics
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to “think outside of the box”
  • Solid team player with the ability to lead, manage and influence internal and external teams
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment supporting global clients

Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect (Technical Sales) is responsible for the transformation and strategic sourcing initiatives for Bluewave clients. In this role you will be working as the subject matter expert on technical solutions to assist in the account management, revenue generation and sale of complex and/or technical products, services, applications and/or solutions. The Solutions Architect role requires and individual with a strong interest in business development and technical elements of telecommunications and cloud-based business services (IT Architecture, Telecom Services [voice/data], and technology). Through your attention to detail and highly collaborative communication skills, you will help ensure that Bluewave can strategically advise and delight our customers every day with a best-in-class technology management process.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide technical subject matter expertise in collaboration with Bluewave Sales team
  • Attend and provide insight to technical strategy on client facing calls in collaboration with Bluewave Sales teams
  • Capture and document client requirements from both a technical and business perspective
  • Research and develop solutions for clients with Bluewave’s supplier ecosystem, including technical design and engineering
  • Document, review, and standardize supplier solutions against determined requirements scope
  • Prepare proposals and presentations, as well as develop pricing, for complex solutions
  • Advise clients on suitability of vendors and solutions based on technical and business requirements
  • Jointly owning sales targets and quotas as part of the Bluewave Account Team model

Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive role is an expansion of the Bluewave Sales Team that will support strategic channel partnerships. Bluewave is looking for a Senior Account Executive with a strong understanding of the telecom industry to partner with AT&T to generate new sales to mid-market and enterprise businesses in a defined territory.

Core Responsibilities

  • Driving new revenue through customer acquisition in designated AT&T territories and modules measured by monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and develop strong relationships with AT&T account teams to partner to effectively identify, engage, develop, and co-sell solutions
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients with assigned territory
  • Analyze, prepare, and present quotes, pricing, and contracts to close business with prospects
  • The main point of contact for customer appointments for in-person or via web conference meetings
  • Leverage remote resources (engineering, marketing, business development) to drive high-intent opportunities
  • Own strategy around funnel, pipeline, forecasting
  • Demonstrated experience and success in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 to 6+ years of experience selling telecom or technology solutions directly to mid-market or enterprise business customers (Dedicated Internet, Ethernet, Security, Unified Communications, and other telecommunication services)
  • Experience working directly with AT&T and familiarity with AT&T sales processes and systems
  • Demonstrated sales record of obtaining/exceeding quota
  • Skilled in conducting presentations, and online meetings, adhering to and adopting a measured sales process
  • Success prospecting, engaging, and acquiring net-new logos
  • Consultative selling skills to identify client needs and leverage applications, services, and industry experience to sell solutions involving multiple technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others

Account Director

The Account Director is responsible for generating incremental revenue through a named account base combined with new logo outreach across North America. The primary responsibilities for this role will include solution-based consultative sell, contract lifecycle management, renewals, and customer referrals. The Account Director will carry an individual quota and will be responsible for retiring that quota monthly. Candidate will have a demonstrable understanding of the telecommunications industry and must always display the highest integrity. The Account Director is expected to be fully capable with all communications internal and external to the organization, and exhibit strong funnel management, forecasting, and quota attainment discipline.
