Commissions Experience Specialist

Job Summary

At Bluewave, the Commissions Experience Specialist, reporting directly to the Commissions Manager, is responsible for the research and resolution of commission inquiries. The primary responsibilities would include working with our suppliers and Technology Services Distributors (TSDs) to ensure Bluewave is receiving upfronts, residual commissions and SPIFFs as per the client orders and supplier contracts. The individual in this role should be a self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on revenue assurance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Receives commissions inquiries from Partners and Sales Reps via different forms of communication (email and phone), logs the issue into the inquiry tracking database for tracking actions necessary to resolve the issue.
  • Proactively opens inquiries with suppliers and TSDs as a result of findings from the Bluewave commissions team order reconciliation process. The Specialist will ensure that Bluewave is receiving accurate and timely payment for commissions in alignment with contractual obligations from the suppliers and TSDs.
  • Performs all necessary research to confirm commissions are due, and works with suppliers and TSDs via their processes, to ensure a true-up of commissions.
  • Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attends job-related training, as well as seminars that would enhance job performance.
  • Performs other assigned tasks as required.

Sr Business Analyst

Job Summary

At Bluewave, the Sr. Business Analyst, reporting directly to the CIO is responsible for working with the current product backlog and development roadmap identified by the various business functions (Sales, Operations, and Finance) to develop and implement process automation. This role is the liaison between the Business Units and the Development Team. The Sr Business Analyst is responsible for managing the project from conception to deployment, which includes documenting use cases, process flows, requirements, test plans, and user reference materials. Live and recorded training for project deployment also falls within this role. An ideal candidate will have Salesforce experience that will allow them to solve business issues by building and managing within Salesforce workflows, objects, fields, and lists. This role may also assist in Support Desk case management to stay in-tune with current internal business issues that may result in additional improvement opportunities. This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to substantially shape the future direction and success of the business.

Core Responsibilities

Analysis and Solution Definition:

  • Acts as liaison between Development Team and business groups and provides single point of contact for business into the Technology Team.
  • Makes recommendations for product/system enhancements based on Business feedback.
  • Lead development discussions with Business groups and Technology Team to finalize expected deliverables.
  • Participates in root cause analysis and process observation to recommend best practice solutions for improved productivity and user experience.
  • Assists user community in analyzing and defining needs; creates detailed specifications from which development projects will be written.
  • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
  • Responsible for analyzing impact of issues and solutions to other areas of the company.

Delivery Management and Testing:

  • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Works with affected personnel to identify required changes and communicates necessary changes to development team.

  • Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.

  • Creates, documents, updates, and trains on any new development or process changes.

Account Executive – BPO Segment

Job Summary

The primary responsibilities for this role will include cultivating new customers within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) segment that generate long-term mutual value. The Account Executive will have a specific quota and will be responsible for retiring that quota monthly. Candidate will have a demonstrable understanding of the IT advisory/telecommunications industry and must always display the highest integrity. The Account Executive is expected to be fully capable with all communications internal and external to the organization, and exhibit strong funnel management, forecasting, and quota attainment discipline.

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new customer opportunities within the BPO segment globally

Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect (Technical Sales) is responsible for the transformation and strategic sourcing initiatives for Bluewave clients. In this role you will be working as the subject matter expert on technical solutions to assist in the account management, revenue generation and sale of complex and/or technical products, services, applications and/or solutions. The Solutions Architect role requires and individual with a strong interest in business development and technical elements of telecommunications and cloud-based business services (IT Architecture, Telecom Services [voice/data], and technology). Through your attention to detail and highly collaborative communication skills, you will help ensure that Bluewave can strategically advise and delight our customers every day with a best-in-class technology management process.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide technical subject matter expertise in collaboration with Bluewave Sales team
  • Attend and provide insight to technical strategy on client facing calls in collaboration with Bluewave Sales teams
  • Capture and document client requirements from both a technical and business perspective
  • Research and develop solutions for clients with Bluewave’s supplier ecosystem, including technical design and engineering
