Technical Project and Program Manager
The Technical Project and Program Manager plays a key role in supporting Bluewave’s solution architecture and technical services team in their role bringing comprehensive technology solutions to Bluewave’s clients. This position is responsible for managed complex transformation sourcing projects, managing internal collaboration between the technical services and Bluewave’s other cross functional teams, and supporting employee technical training initiatives.

The Technical Project and Program Manager role requires an individual with a strong interest in business development and technical elements of telecommunications and cloud-based business services (IT Architecture, Telecom Services (voice/data), and Technology). Through your attention to detail and highly collaborative communication skills, you will help to ensure that as a team, Bluewave is able to strategically advise and delight our customers every day with a best-in-class technology management process.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support ongoing technology transformation projects for Bluewave’s clients including, but not limited to:
    • Develop repeatable transformation project process and supporting materials
    • Attend and participate in project calls lead by Bluewave Solution Architects and/or Sales Account Directors
    • Coordinate transformation project next steps and action items
    • Engage external partners through Bluewave’s supplier ecosystem and capture solution information and datapoints
    • Manage updates to transformation project plans, documents, and platforms
  • Interface and collaborate with Bluewave internal teams such as finance, lifecycle services, client success, and marketing to align the proper technical services resources to support cross-functional initiatives
  • Manage Bluewave’s technical education initiatives and coordinate with external resources to gather, collate, organize, and reframe existing training from Bluewave’s supplier ecosystem and technology solutions brokerage (TSB) partners
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

  • Project management framework and software experience.
  • Experience supporting the quota-carrying sales team and operating in a sales-focused environment.
  • Salesforce SaaS experience

Account Director, U.S. Remote

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the technology sales sector and gain experience solution selling to a wide range of enterprises. You will be responsible for generating incremental revenue through a named account base combined with new logo outreach across North America. Primary responsibilities will include solution-based consultative sales, contract lifecycle management, renewals, and customer referrals.

You will carry an individual quota and will be responsible for retiring that quota on a monthly basis. A demonstrable understanding of the telecommunications industry is a huge plus. Must display the highest integrity at all times, be fully capable with all communications internal and external to the organization, and exhibit strong funnel management, forecasting, and quota attainment discipline.

What you do daily:

  • Proactively identify new opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Maintain existing revenue and reduce churn
  • Navigate aggressive targets to grow company value while acting as a strong customer advocate
  • Exhibit diplomacy in building revenue streams that are mutually profitable for the company and solve the customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams including commercials, operations, customer experience, and marketing to generate and close opportunities

Solutions Architect

The Solution Architect is responsible for the transformation and strategic sourcing initiatives for Bluewave clients. In this role, you will be working as the subject matter expert on technical solutions to assist in the account management, revenue generation, and sale of complex and/or technical products, services, applications, and/or solutions. The Solution Architect role requires an individual with a strong interest in business development and technical elements of telecommunications and cloud-based business services (IT Architecture, Telecom Services (voice/data), and Technology). Through your attention to detail and highly collaborative communication skills, you will help to ensure that as a team, Bluewave is able to strategically advise and delight our customers every day with a best-in-class technology management process.

  • Provide technical subject matter expertise in collaboration with the Bluewave Sales team

  • Attend and provide insight into technical strategy on client-facing calls in collaboration with Bluewave Sales teams

  • Capture and document client requirements from both a technical and business perspective

  • Research and develop solutions for clients with Bluewave’s supplier ecosystem, including technical design and engineering

  • Document, review, and standardize supplier solutions against determined requirements scope

  • Prepare proposals and presentations, as well as develop pricing, for complex solutions

  • Advise clients on the suitability of vendors and solutions based on technical and business requirements

  • Perform all other duties as assigned
