An international shoe retailer that owns and operates over 250 stores in the United States was trying to cut their wireless bill by at least 30%.

CHALLENGE:

Find a way to eliminate overages and cut the overall monthly cost of their wireless bill by a significant percentage.

SOLUTION

Most of their wireless lines were moved to an 80Gb shared plan with Verizon. This gave the client unlimited voice minutes, messaging, and pooled data usage.

RESULTS

By cutting the monthly recurring cost for each line and eliminating all voice and messaging overages, Bluewave was able to save the client 61.9% on their monthly bill (comparing billing cycles in January and October). The average monthly cost before implementing the new rate plan was $5,451.54. For the last three months since implementation, the average monthly cost has been $1,960.23. That equals an average monthly savings of $3,491.31 (64%), which exceeded the client’s goal by 2X.
